ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS : 

1. Register Box ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS This component is responsible for controlling whole operation of Dispenser. It is mainly consist of three major parts. Processor PCB Power Supply Backup Battery

SSR Box This component is responsible for Switching actions of activation Deactivation of Solenoid Valve and due to that Switching action Gas flow start in a Dispenser and its also responsible for in case of emergency when emergency switch is pushed stop whole the pressure flow in Dispenser. It is mainly consist on the following parts. SSR PCB Emergency PCB ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS

3. LCD Display This part of Dispenser is responsible for output result of Dispenser Mass flow and it get results from Register Box and Provide results in the form of Rupees, Kilogram and Rate. It has remote control by which we can vary the rates and also we can saw total flow results in the LCD by setting with remote. ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS

4. Remote Control Operation Procedure (2) Button: this Button is used for medium Pressure Setting and standard value is 20 and used same procedure as in (1) button. Total Clear 1 300 2 100 200 ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS Total: This button of Dispenser is Normally used for watching total Amount of Gas Flow in Kg. Clear: This button is used save and exit from the calibration setting 100,200,300: these buttons are Indicating the Rupees of which gas to be filled directly by pushing any button. (1) Button: This is used for low pressure setting “for using this button push Menu button after that five times one button watch on LCD Display if value is “10” which standard value then press CLEAR other wise use 8th and 9th button for decrement and increment respectively and make equal to standard value.

4. Remote Control Operation Procedure 3 Menu 4 8 9 NOTE: Every time for using remote keep selector switch on for few seconds & after that quickly off & hold the display 88888 position. (Menu) Button: this Button is used for enters in Menu settings. ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS (3) Button: this Button is used for High pressure Setting and standard value is 100 and used same procedure as in (1) button. (4) Button: this Button is used for Menu Calibration,setting. Amount of Gas flow in Kg on LCD Display And cylinder weight. If both are equal then save and exist Otherwise use (8th) & (9th) Buttons. Till the balance Between cylinder weight and Display Kg. (8) Button: this Button is used for decrement. (9) Button: this Button is used for increment.

6. Mass Flow Meter This is the Main part of Dispenser Consist On Sensor and Transmitter Parts. Sensor sense the mass flow and Transmitter Transmit sensor signals result towards the Processor PCB. ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS

12. ON/OFF & Emergency Switch Emergency Switch As the name Identify Emergency Switch In case of sudden accident such as Leakage, etc. we pushed and its stop Gas flow. ON/OFF Switch In case of filling of Gas we keep it in ON Condition and other wise it remain OFF Condition with out this switching action Gas filling in Dispenser is impossible.
