A young pony sitting, waiting and wondering how did I end up here? Was it something I have done? Why do my owners treat me so cruelly? 1

I was only young but I had to go out with a big heavy Mongrel Mob member on my back. Sometimes I even have to carry a pig. 2

Slide 4: 

One day my life changed. It was a normal day, a lady drove past in an car and saw my misery. She stopped and asked to buy me. My owners said YES! I headed for my new home. 3

Slide 5: 

At my new home I found myself in heaven. My paddock was filled with green grass glazing in the hot sunlight. I was much happier. A little girl called JJ ran out and hugged me, I felt loved. 4

JJ taught me how to jump, I had so much fun and I was good at it. 5

Slide 7: 

JJ took me to my first competition, I had so much fun. In the end I came third over all. JJ hugged and kissed me. Later on while I was in my paddock JJ came up to me. She told me that they had to sell me as they were moving back to Australia. 6

Slide 8: 

The next day a girl came to try me. She absolutely loved me so she brought me. JJ was sitting with me for the rest of the day. She crying and kept telling how much she will miss me. 7

Sarah my new owner loved to jump and so did I. We started jumping fences that were a 1.30m. At Horse of the Year we won pony 1.20m speed of the year. 8

Hopey was then brought by a little girl. Hopey loves her home and is preparing to compete in the Easter show! 9

This book is a true story and we would like to point out that no matter where you come from, what you look like or how tough you life is, keep setting your goals,believing in yourself and you’ll get there in the end.
