EXISTING COMMERCIAL HUBS WERE THE MOST POTENTIAL AREAS. IT BROUGHT CHANGE IN COMPLEXTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL AREA INTO A MULTISTORY COMMERCIAL ZONE.
