7 India is a land of diverse cultures.  The variations in physical, climatic conditions and the extent of exposure to other cultures have greatly influenced the traditions and culture of the different regions.  There is an underlying basic factor common to the whole of India, with variations in the practices based on their local needs and influences.  Further, the greatness of India has been in accepting the best from all the invaders and intermingling the new customs and styles with the existing - this is visible in all aspects - music, dance, painting, sculptures, architecture.

Each form will have its own specialty & grace, along with a set pattern of costumes & make-up. Bharatanatyam is the most popular of Indian dances and belongs to the South Indian state of Tamil nadu . Its antiquity is well established.. It was a part of the religious rituals and has a long and hoary past. Dances in France are a form of entertainment and string through which you are able to reconnect yourself with the cultural heritage of the region. Several cultural centers across the country hold events where the traditional folk dances of the region are shown. The most popular dance of France is the Baroque dance which is believed to originated between 1600 to 1750 AD Costumes play a vital role in the dance of France colorful dresses are designed so that they are able to complement the breathtaking dance performance by the professional dancers of the region.
