January 2011 – our first rehab referral

Slide 3: 

February 2011 We formed strong links with probation & have since had some of Northampton’s most excluded referred to us, whom we are currently working with... Many thanks to our mentors who take time out of their busy lives to come along side these people. It wouldn't happen without you...

March 2011 – our first client housed This young man was given a huge break in life being housed in the ‘Streetchurch House’. We worked with this couple for over a year offering intensive support in all areas of their lives.

April 2011 – Today’s Woman 2 of our clients from Peterborough Prison started a woman’s ministry after release. They have since become volunteers for C2C.

May 2011 – Education, education, education! We managed to engage 4 (yes, 4) young people back into education: 2 doing BTECs in sports in fitness 1 doing a BTEC in health & beauty 1 doing a BTEC in health & social care

October 2011 – Robbie Maton joins the team! C2C was thrilled to be able to offer Robbie a part-time position with the charity – Robbie mentors young lads for us & has played an instrumental part in successfully launching the Cut-It-Out project, as funded by the Home Office,

November 2011 – C2C Awareness Event Over 70 people attended our very successful lunch; a mixture of staff, volunteers, agencies & clients. Many local agencies were represented & good partner relationships were formed.  Following this awareness event, our guest speaker, the High Sheriff of Northamptonshire, Mrs Penelope Escombe, agreed to become the first patron of C2C!

December 2011 Well... Here we are... What can we say? A massive, massive thank you to all of those who have supported us, in whatever way, throughout this excellent year. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!

A special prayer goes out for our Emma who is so bravely fighting cancer. We love you Em, hang in there... We are behind you every step of the way...
