Smart order routing will help the investor to get the best possible price while buying & selling the shares. It determines which exchange offer the best price at any given time. Slide 6: Vedanta has plan to use bauxite from niyamgiri mines to operationalise the lanjigarh refinery. The mine would help the company to reduce raw material costs. Now, the company will seek alternative bauxite mine to feed its alumina refinery after the central government denied permission to mine bauxite in Niyamgiri Infosys, Wipro, HCL,TCS created wealth out of human beings. : Infosys, Wipro, HCL,TCS created wealth out of human beings. Infosys is one of India’s premier software company, which has contributed greatly to India’s global reputation as a powerhouse of IT exports. Even if you were not an employee & had bought 100 shares of the company in its IPO of 1993, those shares would be worth about Rs 5 crore today. Your investment would have multiplied by almost 5000 times. Infosys also was a pioneer in transparency and disclosure in their published financial accounts. In recent years their annual report is thicker than a dictionary & some people say that it reads like a PhD tests. Direct Taxes Code Bill gets Cabinet nod : Direct Taxes Code Bill gets Cabinet nod Union Cabinet has approved a new direct tax code (DTC) Bill, which will provide relief to individual tax payer and simplify the direct tax regime from April 2011. Tax limit goes up to Rs. 2 lakh. More relief for women and senior citizens.
