Usain Bolt, The Jamacian Sprinter broke the world record for the 100 metres at 9.58 seconds in Berlin on August 16, 2009. Bolt became the first man to win all three events (100m, 200m and 400m relay) at a single Olympics since Carl Lewis in 1984.
