Landing page for the Customer Centric Channel on Authorstream

Introduction :

Introduction Authorstream automatically starts the first presentation in its library. Instead of having it start a PowerPoint I have created this slide. Authorstream needs to fix this “glitch.” You can select below on this web page what presentations you want to see. Start by selecting the blue text “see all” on the right side of each list of presentations. Click on a presentation to select it. Please first click the narrated PowerPoint below that is the Customer Centric Profit Optimization “Summary” it is 15 minutes long. The narrated PowerPoint called “Introduction” is far more detailed & marketing/pricing oriented & it is 90 minutes long. However, it gives many more details. If you encounter any technical problems with the website please close it, 1) Re-enter and select the “browse” bottom on the bottom left. 2) Then select “Channel” on the top of the next page. 3) In the search bar marked “channel” on the right of the next page enter “customer centric” & search. 4) Click on the blue image on the resulting page that says “Customer Centric Strategies.” This takes you to that channel & all the presentations. Please feel free to leave comments. Sorry about the issues with the website. They claim they will be fixed very soon. Very few websites allow you to post and stream large narrated PowerPoints .
