1,357 single-family homes sold in 2009, a slight increase over the preceding year, 2008.
The average condominium sold for $228,556 in 2009; or for about $122 per square foot.
The median sales price for condominiums sold in 2009 was $185,000; or about $129 per square foot.
While condominium prices peaked in 2007 and have declined over the last couple of years, the average and median sales prices for condominiums are still above 2003 prices.
