Coaching Teachers for Continuous Improvement Working with a backwards planning process… from student achievement to student learning production behaviors to teacher behaviors/actions… can set the stage for administrator observations and coaching conferences that lead to increased student learning. In this session, you will identify, observe, and practice a coaching process that engages teachers in personal learning for improved student success.
