Instructional Coaching with the End in Mind By working backwards from identified student learning outcomes to necessary student learning production behaviors and teacher behaviors, coaches can create an increased teacher engagement in change and growth. Teachers set the agenda of coaching to reach a desired teacher defined outcome.
