Instructional Coaching with the End in Mind Administrators and teacher leaders should create the environment and processes for continuous, collaborative teacher growth. Identify how a backward process that connects student achievement, student production learning behaviors, and teachers’ instructional actions can provide guidance for classroom observations and coaching feedback. Define the leadership roles of evaluation, supervision, mentoring, and coaching. Learn why and how leaders should create a culture of coaching.
