Mohamed and his family live in separate homes. As a proud veteran of Iraq recovering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Mohamed does not want his kids to witness one of his episodes. His vacation was a time to relax, recreate, recover, and reconnect with his family.

Mohamed and other wounded service members returning from Iraq and Afghanistan have benefitted from this free vacation program that includes the Patriot Pen Ceremony. We thank them for their heroic sacrifice in the service of our country.
