Indian Government Excludes 29 Islands from Restricted Area Permit for Foreigners The government’s decision to relax the Restricted Area Permit to 29 islands in Andaman and Nicobar has opened new vistas for foreign tourists (excluding tourists from, China, Afghanistan, and Pakistan) to explore the bewitching islands lying in this Indian union territory. Earlier, foreign tourists needed to get permit granted from Indian government before entering  Andaman and Nicobar Islands , but the recent decision to allow foreign tourists into the restricted islands is expected to give a boost to tourism in this  quaint island destination in India .
