A copyright is used for an actual work and a trademark is used to protect the symbol used to protrude the work forward from other works.
Fair Use :
Fair Use It is the right to parody or criticize a copyrighted work without the knowledge of the works’ owner.
Piracy :
Piracy The use or copy of a copyrighted work performed without the permission of it owner. It is illegal as long as it doesn’t fit under the category of fair use.
