He made his little home, on an island by the sea. Slide 3: One day throughout the island, an announcement had been made. All the animals were invited, to compete in the Great Race. Slide 4: All the animals had come, in hopes that they would win. Including the little coconut crab, who was no bigger than a hen. Slide 5: The animals stared at the crab, not believing what they saw. The duck, pig, and the hen all laughed, including the old gray goat. Slide 6: The coconut crab was silent, he stayed in his place. And didn’t move from the starting line, determined to win this race. Slide 7: “Baa!” said the goat, “Quack!” said the duck, and all the other animals joined in. “Oink!” said the pig, “Cluck!” said the hen, “Little crab, you won’t win!” Slide 8: The coconut crab remained silent, he stayed in his pace. He didn’t move from the starting line, determined to win this race. Slide 9: At the sound of the horn the animals went as far as they could. Followed by the coconut crab, who was walking very slow. Slide 10: “Baa!” said the goat, “Quack!” said the duck, and all the other animals joined in. “Oink!” said the pig, “Cluck!” said the hen, “Little crab, you won’t win!” Slide 11: But the coconut crab remained silent, as he moved from his place. Leaving behind the starting line, determined to win this race. Slide 12: Up head there was a pond where the animals stopped by. To take a drink for they were thirsty, and to rest for a little while. Slide 13: As the animals were resting, the coconut crab went on. Passing without a sound, leaving the animals by the pond. Slide 14: “Baa!” said the goat, “Quack!” said the duck, and all the other animals joined in. “Oink!” said the pig, “Cluck!” said the hen, “That little crab is going to win!” Slide 15: So off the animals hurried, leaving the pond behind. Watching as the coconut crab, approached the finish line. Slide 16: “Baa!” said the goat, “Quack!” said the duck, and all the other animals joined in. “Oink!” said the pig, “Cluck!” said the hen, “That little crab is going to win!” Slide 17: No matter how fast they ran, no matter how hard they tried, the little crab had done it! He crossed the finish line. The END : The END You do not have the permission to view this presentation. In order to view it, please contact the author of the presentation.
