GE ISS Conclusions :

GE ISS Conclusions Achieving Project Benefits GE ISS will be very effective in communicating results and telling the GE Transportation team what is going on. The application will enable GE to gather metrics measurement in many areas of the On-Time Delivery process for “A” required parts. There has never been in the company a similar system in place. GE will be able to determine where the errors are occurring. This process could start to peak the learning effect curve that translate into change and process improvement.
