Project Tutorial- SIP Account Configuration Authorization username provided in email. You need to use given username and Password You need to Check in Domain Proxy if its not selected by default . Need to select target domain if its not selected by default Provided Domain and port in email. You need to click OK and leave everything else as it is. Dialer – Receiving Calls:
Dialer – Receiving Calls Now Dial 01* enter your username via Keypad to Login and press #. You will hear a message that request you to enter your username. Your username will be same that you have use while configuring SIP or you can also find in your email address.
Access Agent Dashboard:
Access Agent Dashboard You need to enter your username and password to enter in Dialer You can find your username and password in the email that we sent you.
Agent Dashboard:
Agent Dashboard Live detail of customer with whom telemarketer is engaged Access to telemarketer recordings. Call logs of telemarketers. Current Date & Time of agent Dashboard. Campaign Status tell you of dialing status. If it’s paused and you are supposed to start receiving calls click here to start campaign. Total Number Dialed by telemarketer. Total Numbers uploaded to be contacted.
