You can see all of the information collected by us about that customer. Products Purchased by Customer Email Activities. Or Notes from a Customer or Notes FYI You can also put your notes by clicking here Lead Management and Monitoring

After converting a lead ,it will not display in the lead tab you can view that in Accounts tab. Leads that are not closed into Accounts are considered Potentials. Lead Management and Monitoring
