IT Companies.. The companies from NAGPUR are RF ARRAYS, PERSISTENCE, TRUST SOFTWARE PVT. LTD., INFOSPECTRUM, HIDADA CO. LTD. The companies from PUNE are IBM, CONGNIZANT, HCL, NI-LUX, DIGITAL, PETAL INFORMATICS PVT. LTD., SATYAM PVT. LTD. Working environment is different but the product is same software or hardware. Every employees working here are dealing with deadlines of project completion, relationship with peer groups and boss, social and self motivation etc. Project based work.

Why Emotional Intelligence is necessary: Helps to handle adversity and set back Teaches Employees cope when change and uncertainty hits organization or their personal lives. Helps to manage effective relationship. Help them being focused and stay on track by remembering purpose and vision. A supportive, caring supervisor or Manager who has their best interests at heart. Emotional Intelligence is also useful in leadership purpose. Why developing EI is essential..? Relationship Problems Poor decision making capability Rage in the workplace failure to advance in career

RECOMMENDATION.. Work on Transaction Analysis and Johari Windows, can improve Emotional Intelligence of employees at work. Improvement in Body Language and Spiritual Intelligence also helps in developing Emotional Intelligence.
