Team Dynamic Issues & Evaluation PharMed, headquartered in France acquired ValMed with operations in U.S. The Drug Safety Division of PharMed is in charge of implementing a safety database tracking system - Vigilance Core team responsible for design and implementation - 3 members from US (all from Drug Safety Division) and 4 members from France (3 from IS and 1DSD) 5 subteams - ½ US - Most previously from ValMed, previously working on project called Perspective before merger
