CHECK POINTS TO REMEMBER:

CHECK POINTS TO REMEMBER U nderstand the TA/Indication. U nderstand how many DS need to be found per country and per indication/TA. S earch for DS by using keywords provided, translated ones or others. C heck if No. of DS and request are in scope. D S information should be complete (Ex: Name, URL, Relevant name, Year).

CHECK POINTS TO REMEMBER:

CHECK POINTS TO REMEMBER D elivering 10% to 20% extra DS is ideal. D o a final self QC before delivery. A lways meet the Timelines. C ongresses, Guidelines, Journals information should be recent (not older than 5 years). F or International data points put the region as “Global”. S ave the pdf file as it could expire. O nce the file is ready to deliver do the format painter

COMMON ERRORS TO RECTIFY:

COMMON ERRORS TO RECTIFY capture the KOL if he/she does not fit into the country scope. T he URL should not give out any misleading information. capture KOL that is not fit into the Indication/TA. capture the old Congresses, Guidelines. Committing formatting errors or unable to correct formatting errors. send file without final self QC themselves. capture the data from the translated page( must do it from foreign language page).

Process updates:

Process updates If full programme is available don’t keep the preliminary programme Judge a congress Data point type (National/International) based on the its hosting organizations Save all PDFs for available data points to avoid expired URLs States should only apply to local data sources Country Column should fill wherever it is required Column K (ICD-10 categories ( Indication), Column L (ICD-10 ( Block)and Column M (ICD-10 ( Chapter)should only be filled according to the titles of the DS.

Process updates:

Process updates If the client provides any Data Sources for references we can use them as a data points Region and Country columns should be filled with GLOBAL for International Association/Guideline data points And for congresses region will be Global and Country will be where it held. Mark In project scope if any Data point is dropped Make sure when we do Non-English projects we should fill the information in Local language only (Not in English language) All Congresses should go up to 5 years old and Guidelines up to 10 years old.

Process updates:

Process updates Most relevant data points need to be looked in the Ds-identification. The data points with name British must be considered as a National data point. In case of Global projects with only global as country scope National data points should not be captured. ICD-codes ,Therapeutic area and Indication must be mentioned when asked.
