Difference between a house and a home A HOUSE is made up of bricks, cement, stone or wood. has doors and windows. has a roof and can also have a garden. Has tile floors and sometimes chimney too. A HOME Is made up of loving and caring family members. It has brothers and sisters, parents and sometimes grandparents too. Members of a family help each other. A house becomes a home when members of a family occupy it.
