Technology to view should be ready to view by most audiences.
Downsides:
As is saved as a PPT file, only good for small short presentations [10-20 mg]
How long should it be:
Short and Sweet
Make sure that the needs match technology!
How to do it: :How to do it: Prepare your slides
Click SLIDE SHOW from the toolbar
Click RECORD NARRATION
How to do it: :How to do it: A pop window will appear.
Test your mic by clicking SET MIC LEVEL
Read the screens and follow the instructions to set your mic levels.

When ready, hit OK
How to do it: :How to do it: In Office 2007, if you are on the first screen of your PPT, then you can begin recording.
If you are not on the first screen, you will be asked where you want to start recording.
THIS IS a beautiful thing. IF you mess up on slide 27 of 30 and do not want to restart, then make sure you are on slide 27 and click Current Slide for the start recording!!!
How to do it: :How to do it: When you are done, simply click SAVE and save with any features you are using.
Save AS it again as a PPT SHOW. This way it will open up as the show automatically.
