Align Graphic Objects in PowerPoint 2007

PowerPoint Presentation:

Graphic objects can be lined up horizontally or vertically -- to the left, right, top or bottom -- in relation to each other or relative to the slide.

PowerPoint Presentation:

Press Ctrl+A to select all graphic objects to be aligned.

Under home tab, in the Drawing section of the ribbon, choose Arrange> Align > Align Selected Objects .

Align Relative to Slide - To align objects relative to the slide, you need to make sure that there is a check mark beside the Align to Slide option. :

Select all objects to be aligned. Make sure there is a check mark beside Align to Slide From the Drawing section of the ribbon, choose Arrange > Align > Align to Slide Choose Arrange > Align > Align Middle Choose Arrange >Align > Distribute Horizontally . Use the Align to Slide feature to distribute the graphic objects in relation to the size of the whole slide, rather than in relation to other objects on the slide. All objects should be centered in the middle of the slide, and they should all be distributed equally from the outer edges of the slide.
