Introduction to existing system:: 

Introduction to existing system : According to Microsoft Encarta World English dictionary, A ticket is a small, official piece of paper or card which shows that you have paid to enter a place such as a theatre or a sports ground, or shows that you have paid for a journey. There are some basic tasks in every ticket booking task, for example: - Placing movies in respective theatres. Scheduling every movie for its period of time and popularity. Allocating seats to customers on first come first serve basis.

Limitations of manual ticketing system: : 

Limitations of manual ticketing system: Some can reach before hand and book those seats. Phone calls are time taking because of rushing of so many people on a single phone call for booking of tickets, hence many people quit. Some of the limitations above called for a new enhanced easy , feasible system for the same.

Introducing “WMT”: -: 

Introducing “WMT” : - “WMT” a broad term. No need to spend large sums of money on staff. Unlike conventional methods of any movie theatre, this system offers variety of remarkable features, such as: -

It is useful to customers for movies info to be held in different time schedules and in different audies. Provides ease of searching information about all the movies that are associated with this theatre with their trailers as well as movie audio and video songs. Information to be maintained in separate databases. Better securities and attractive offers for login users. Project should be easily modified /updated in the future if needed. In this management the customer needs to reserve his/her online prior to the show as per his/her suitable timings. Counter booking conducted in every movie theatre due to which multiplexes come across a very large amount of work load .

Feasibility study: 

Feasibility study In order to make sure that the project is feasible, following feasibility studies have been conducted: - Technical Feasibility study :- Develop the system using simple combo of two platforms i.e. ASP.NET 2.0 with C# as front end and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as back end. Economic Feasibility study . This project is economically feasible in every sense that it takes less effort, less time, and nominal cost of purchasing the tools for developing the software.

Legal feasibility study :- It doesn’t intent to have any relation with anybody else’s intellectual property rights, it can be considered as a legally feasible project. Time feasibility study :- As it has been more probable (as per the requirements, functions, and performance specifications of the system) it is considered that the undertaking this project is feasible in the context of time. Operational feasibility study :- This system is completely operational and can be successfully implemented in any Website for Movie theatre. easy to understand, feel free to work faster, easier, and more accurately. Therefore, it can be socially and behaviorally accepted and is feasible too.

Database Design:- WMT needs or requires one five databases (tables) so that the information can be easily be retrieved and be worked upon. Moviedetail : - for storing information or description of a particular movie. Showdetails :- for storing movies in different audies of theatre. Ticketdetails -for storing all the fields or information of a movie ticket. Userdetails : - for storing user details of signed up users. Quizplayers : - for storing names of players of quiz.

Future Scope: 

Future Scope This may not be the best system aver made but still it may definitely cut down a large amount of work load of the staff and overall conventional methodology of online ticketing system and it also has some editable divisions of organizing which can further be altered as per the users expectations! Hope this project turns out to be a boon for the people of this field and may help to the maximum.
