It can the that the user is stuck at the login page, is not able to see his/her wallet . Or, the user didn’t receive the cash back for his first recharge on the app.

What to do in case of an issue?:

Firstly, An issue arises in form of a ticket. Then go through the issue thoroughly. Secondly, need to check the CRM for the user. CRM was checked using the order id/ registered email id given by the user. What to do in case of an issue?

If the difficulty can be resolved via going through the user account then revert accordingly hence. Then keep the ticket on waiting for a day. In case there is no revert then close the issue .

Some different concerns.:

There are times when the recharges are failed. In such case contact the operator to understand the repute for the recharges. Then revert by giving the appropriate solution. Some different concerns.

Sometimes there are issue when the users are unable to check their wallets. Such issues are handled by the technical team. Then after the resolution a revert is sent to the user.

Analysis:

Weekly analysis are made in order to know that how many issues were generated at the user end. Firstly total numbers of orders are calculated and a bar graph is made for that. Analysis

Then calculate what kind of issues were raised and bar graph was made for the same . They mostly generated issues are as follows:- a) Order Status b) Cashback status c) Referral issues
