What are Carbohydrates? : 

What are Carbohydrates? The main source of the energy for the body. Compounds made up of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.

How are sugars broken down and used in the body : 

How are sugars broken down and used in the body From the mouth starts the process of broking down the complex molecules. When introduced into your body it converts the sugars into glucose. Sugars are broken apart into carbon dioxide and water over time. As sugar is broken, energy is released that can be used by the cell.

The benefits that carbohydrate provides : 

The benefits that carbohydrate provides They provide your body with energy. They are rich in phytonutrients. They are a good source of fiber. They are good source of vitamins.

Diabetes : 

Diabetes Diabetes is a chronic (lifelong) disease marked by high levels ofsugar in the blood. High blood levels of glucose can cause several problems.

Conclusion : 

Conclusion I have learned the difference between the good carbs and the bad carbs. I have explained the benefits that carbohydrates provides to the body. The way sugar is broken down and used in the body.
