Techniques to improve and maintain good conditioned of skin? My faculty has said me that i have oily skin. To maintain my skin . I wash my face with moisturizing face wash. I am also using “Oliv-Liol”at night time. To maintain good conditioned of my skin.

Techniques to improve condition of hair? My faculty has said me that I have a oily hair. To maintain my hair. I wash my hair with conditioned shampoo. Daily I apply ocean wave of biotique to my hair. They are different types of hair styles

I will eat my morning breakfast idly. I will do my lunch at 1.30pm two rotis with sabji and dal, rice, egg. In the evening 5pm I will eat snacks and my dinner in the night 9pm two rotis with sabji and dal, rice. Monday : I wake up in morning at 6:30 am and. I will drink glass of water. I will drink milk. will go for gym I will eat my morning breakfast dosa. I will do my lunch at 1.30 two rotis with dal rice. In the evening 5pm I will eat snacks and my dinner in the night 9 to two rotis with sabji and dal,rice,sweet

I will do my lunch at 1.30 two rotis with dal rice. In the evening 5pm I will eat snacks and my dinner in the night 9pm two rotis with sabji and dal, rice.

Friday : I wake up in morning at 6:30 am and I will do some work in the home. I drink tea with bread. I will eat my morning breakfast poha. I will do my lunch at 1.30 two rotis with dal rice, egg. In the evening 5pm I will eat fruits and my dinner in the night 9 to 10pm two rotis with sabji & fruits.

I want to become a Flight Steward and that is the reason why I have joined Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training.

CONCLUSION Before I use to have many pimples and tan marks on my face and after following the given suggestions I have seen lots of improvement on my skin .i am using Vichy 3in1 and tan cream and they work well.
