The case-studies can be on any of the following stages of guest stay. Reservation Registration Guest stay Departure In an unusual circumstance (prescribed by the trainer) come up with. Unique but believable methods of handling a given situation. Present your suggestions to a peer group and have a brainstorming session on whether the solution provided by you is the best that could have been done in the given situation or could you have done better. TASK-4(M)

The front desk will give the form to the Sunil for his information. The front desk will check the room number on his name and he say the room no 501 is booked on your name and give the key to the bell boy. The front desk say that the bill of yours will be cleared by your company. The front desk will wish the guest have a nice stay sir.

b)An FIT who agrees to settle his account by American express card. The Anil booked the room in a hotel for 2nights The Anil check in to an hotel and go to the front desk. The front desk will say the room no 305 and give the form to fill his information. The front desk will conform that how the guest is going to clear his charges after vacating the room. The guest is going to pay the bill by American express. The front desk will wish the guest have a nice stay sir.

c)A couple whose accommodation is to be settled by oriental tours co.ltd, but who will settle their incidents by visa card. The oriental tours booked a room for an couple. The couple will check in to an hotel and go to the front desk say’s that the oriental tours had booked a room on their name. Hello we are Mr. & Mrs.…… The front desk say the room no 502 and give the form to fill their information in that form. He give’s a key to the bell boy. The front desk will conform that how the guest is going to clear their charges after vacating the room. The guest is going to pay by visa card. The front desk will wish the guest’s have a nice stay.

TASK-5(D) Design a brochure with one or more specially designed packages, you could use to up-sell a resort during off-season. Present your brochure to your colleagues with justification as to how it can help in bringing business.
