YOUR PERSONAL MARKETING PLAN. Focus your time and energy in one direction to increase your effectiveness . Define what is offered to whom ? And through what methods ? Marketing plan is an organized , written tool describing your present career situation , opportunities and problems , and establishing realistic and specific goals .
