Step 1 : Open your presentation which you want to protect through encryption Go to File menu C lick Info option Select Protect Presentation dropdown

Step 2: Select Encrypt with Password option from Protect Presentation dropdown

Step3: Encrypt Document dialog appears onscreen where you can enter the passphrase Then click Ok
