Front Exterior :Front Exterior The house appears to be in great condition with no obvious flaws. The paint color is neutral and appropriate. The area for improvement here is the landscaping. I recommend a landscaping service to come out and do fall clean up and remove weeds. In November, we might consider adding some holiday décor.


Vacant Homes :Vacant Homes Vacant homes are harder to sell, largely because most buyers cannot visualize what the room might look like, or how it could be used. They also have a hard time judging the size of a room without a piece of furniture to use as a reference point. It’s important to add ‘life’ to the home. We use accessories, plants and vignettes to bring rooms to life. Vignettes, pronounced ‘vin-yets, suggest how the home can be enjoyed and give the feeling that someone may have just walked out of the room. .
