For this purpose first we want to create a new canal b/w azhuthayar & baby dam of mullaperiyar of approximate 6.89km… From azhuthayar to thottappally there is existing waterway passing above places. There is 15 no.of streams joining the proposed canal route in different places. As per contour details baby dam +1000m & Azhuthayar +200m.
