Introduction: Introduction The fundamentals principle of human effectiveness.
These are basic and primary.
Internalization of correct principles.
“Paradigm” i.e. are perception and interpretation of things.
Seven habits are understood after paradigm.
What is habits ?: What is habits ? Habit is the intersection of knowledge, skill and desire.
Knowledge – what to do & why ?
Skill – how to do ?
Desire – the motivation, the want to do.
Types of habits: Types of habits Proactive means that you are a creator. It is based on four fundamental i.e. imagination, conscience, independent, self awareness.
Begin with the end in mind- It is based on imagination, ability to envision, innovation, potential and conscience.
Put first thing first- It is the fulfillment, actualization, the natural emergence of habits of 1 & 2.
Slide9: Think win/win - It provide benefit, neutral satisfaction and fill good experience to both the parties in a decision and interaction.
Logs- the logic, your reasoning ability. Its help in interdependent situation to come out with positive result.
Synergize - it is the essence of principal centered leadership. All habits together to create a synergize.
Sharpens the saw - it is the principle of balanced of self renewal. It’s a four dimensions of your nature i.e. physical, spiritual, mental and social/ emotional.
