TABON MAN :TABON MAN First to inhabit the Philippines
He is believed to be 22,000 years old.
He was discovered by Dr. Robert B. Fox, American anthropologist of the National Museum.
TABON MAN :TABON MAN They lived in caves known today as the Tabon Cave in Quezon, Palawan.
They survived by hunting animals and gathering fruits
It is believed that they crossed from Borneo and used land bridges to reach the islands.

The coming of the Hindus, Chinese, Arabs, Spaniards, Americans and Japanese who settled in the Philippines contributed in the changes in the physical appearance of Filipinos.
