What is E-Rate? E-Rate is a source of funding for Schools and Libraries to ensure that they have modern telecommunications.
Who uses it? :
Who uses it? 1. Schools and libraries in both urban and Rural locations.
2. The schools have to have students that qualify for school lunch program.
3. In other words most of the schools in the U.S.

How does it affect me? The rule is simple the more money that we do not have to provide the more that we can get done with what we have.
