Bone Issues Women have thinner bone tissue as compared to men and thus the risk of osteoporosis, osteoarthritis is higher in women. It is hard to diagnose these conditions, and they are not curable, but their effects can be controlled with a healthy lifestyle. Include calcium enriched foods in your diet. Use of tobacco has been found to decrease bone density. So cut down on smoking or better quit smoking entirely. If you have a calcium enriched diet but also drinks, the diet will not be up to any good as alcohol can interfere with the absorption of calcium. Exercise to stay fit and keep your bones flexible.

While it is good to diet to lose weight, it is dangerous to quit eating or eat decidedly less as it can disturb the balance of the body. The causes of this condition can vary from relationship/family issues, peer pressure to look sleek and sexy, traumatic experiences, emotional problems or can be genetic. If someone in the family or friend's circle shows the symptoms of anorexia, then: Talk to them about the need for a healthy diet and plan one if possible. One can also take the help of a nutritionist. Do not body shame them or mock at their appearances. It could make them more nervous about their looks and lead to lower self-esteem. Instead, compliment on their little things or works and encourage them to talk about their feelings. Encourage them to partake in physical activities, games which will build up an appetite and divert their negative thoughts.

The heart condition gets worse with age, and it might have started from a young age itself. So precautions must be taken beforehand. Stop smoking as smokers are twice more prone to heart diseases than non-smokers. People who smoke tend blood clots and high blood pressure. Control Diabetes as it could risk heart diseases. Reduce the cholesterol level. Cholesterol is the fat found in the blood vessels. High could cholesterol level leads to heart attacks, so make it obligatory to take up a cholesterol test often Treat High blood pressure as it could weaken the artery walls.
