NATO AIRBORNE EARLY WARNING AND CONTROL PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT ORGANISATION (NAPMO) The NAPMO is responsible for the management and implementation of the NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control (NAEW&C) programme – a fleet of special, ‘early warning’ aircraft.
