WARM UP ROUTINE Do the following exercises in a circuit fashion. Do the circuit two or three time with moderate tempo. Take a rest if you need after each circuit. Choose one of the two complexes. Complex 1 Complex 2 High Knees X 20 Front Plank X 30 sec. Squats X 5 Jumping Jacks X 10 Downward dog and cobra stretch X 5 squats X 5

RESET YOUR HIPS Complete the circuit 1. Dip squat position -hold for 1 min 2. Hip flexor stretch – hold for 1 min each side 3. Pigeon stretch - hold for 1 min each side
