OBJECTIVE :OBJECTIVE To know and evaluate the different factors which play an important role in employee satisfaction.

Conclusion :Conclusion To conduct the research on different variables such as salary, supervision , training program, motivation , communication , employee’s role , vacations ,corporate culture, work, job security. After complete the data analysis this will be concluded whether these variables have any impact on employee satisfaction. For example How much salary effect to the employee satisfaction in A3 Logistics, It will be less effected or more effected, it will be depended on data analysis. Such as Concluded all factors on the basis of data analysis.


Suggestion :Suggestion After drawn the conclusion this will be suggested to the company on which factors company should be more emphasized Such as if salary is more effected to the employee satisfaction in A3Logistics then suggest to the company, company should be more emphasized on the salary to improve employee satisfaction in A3logistics. Such as suggest to the company for all factors.
