SPECIFICATIONS OF INDIAN SOYABEAN MEAL NORMAL SPECIFICAITON: Protein- 48% Min. (acceptable down to 46.0% with rebate of 1:1 fraction in proportion below 48%. Below forty six (46) percent, rejectable at loading port. Moisture – 12% Max. Above 12.00 percent, rejectable at loading port. Fibre – 6% Max (acceptable upto 7.00%, with rebate of 1:1 fraction in proportion above 6%). Above 7.00%, rejectable at loading port. Sand / Silica – 2.50% Max. (acceptable upto 3%, with rebate of 1:1 fraction in proportion above 2.50%). Above 3.00 percent, rejectable at loading port. Urease Activity – 0.30 units max (acceptable upto 0.35 units), with rebate of 0.1% for each 0.01 unit fraction in proportion above 0.30 units. HIPRO SPECIFICATION Protein- 50% Min. (acceptable down to 49.0% with rebate of 1:1 fraction in proportion below 50%. Below forty nine (49) percent, rejectable at loading port. Moisture – 12% Max. Above 12.00 percent, rejectable at loading port. Fibre – 4.50% Max (acceptable upto 5.00%, with rebate of 1:1 fraction in proportion above 4%). Above 5.00%, rejectable at loading port. Sand / Silica – 1.00% Max. Above 1.00 percent, rejectable at loading port. Urease Activity – 0.30 units max. Above 0.30 percent, rejectable at loading port.

Non-uniform each (gross for net) TOLERANCE : +/-5% (more or less 5 percent) at seller’s option TRANSPORT : By Vessel / By Railway Rake / By Road. PAYMENT TERMS : 1) By 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit payable at sight. 2) CAD (Cash Against Documents) 3) By 100% TT (cash) to sellers nominated Bank A/c within 3 working days upon faxing complete set of documents. 4) We can also agree on any other term of payment which should be mutually agreed between buyer & seller. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PER “GAFTA” NOS. 107, 124 & 125 CURRENTLY IN FORCE.
