Definition:

Definition Obesity is the medical condition when you have excess fats in the body. It is the root of some serious health crisis like Type II Diabetes, Heart Problems and High Blood Pressure. The medical condition is primarily focused on excess fat, and not excess weight.

Are You Obese ? As we discussed, obesity is not about excess weight, but excess fats. The reason behind this is that the weight that is excess for you might be normal for a taller man.
