Go to the Getting Started Page.
Beginning Photostory Tutorial :Beginning Photostory Tutorial Open Photostory Select Begin a new story, click on Next.
Click on Import Pictures and Next.
Browse to the location of your pictures.
Select the pictures you want by holding down the Ctrl button and clicking on the pictures you want to pull in. Click OK.
Slide 3:5. Your pictures have been imported.
Arrange the pictures in the order you want them to be.
Click on Remove the black borders.
Choose Yes to All. Click on Next.
Slide 4:Photostory removes the black borders. Click on Next.
Click on each picture and type in the text. Use the tool to position text. I chose top, middle. Click on Next.
Do this for each picture. Click on Next.
You can add narration by clicking on the record button. Follow onscreen instructions to add narration to each picture. Click on Next.
You can create background music. This is easy and fun. Follow onscreen instructions.
Slide 5:There are some important things to know about saving your file. First of all, you will want to save it as a project. This will allow you to edit your project in the future.
Click on Save Project. It will take a few minutes to save your project depending on its complexity.
Now, select Save your project for playback on your computer.
Choose where you want to save your file.
Notice there are other options. Click on Next.
You may choose to view your story, Create a new one, or Exit.
At each stage of the development, there are onscreen instructions for learning more.
