Owner/architect, Nick Troubetzkoy designed each oversized sanctuary with a unique 4thwall-missing layout. The living and sleeping areas flow together with no formal separation. Each has a double whirlpool tub on a raised dais with a spectacular view and fiber optic lighting to change the color of the water . :

All categories except Sky feature a private infinity pool cantilevered off the mountainside. Each pool has its own design and one-of-a-kind color tiles. All pools feature a lounging area, swimming area, fiber optic lighting, and an infinity edge. Star, Moon and Sun categories are determined by the size of the room (1,400 –1,950 sq. ft.) and pool (450 – 900 sq. ft.), and some have 270 degree panoramic views. :
