Atmospherics, prices and convenience have been identified as the key factors for growth of supermarkets.

Way Forward : 

Way Forward Awareness amongst the customers regarding various offerings at FOOD BAZAAR should be increased through various promotional activities(ATL/BTL). Some kind of benefit should be offered to customers so that they make repeat purchases. Food bazaar monthly offer during shopping festival was very well accepted by customers. Scope to improve the signage still exists as people sometimes find difficulty in locating the merchandise.

Slide 20: 

Communication of international food use on the shelf talkers is important for educating the customer. Staff should be trained well for selling international food, by doing this we can make this category as our HERO category. A food baazar layout should be available at the entrance, this will help for increasing awareness between the customer. Community connects such as Pooja during the festivals for Hindus, Iftiari for Muslims during HOLY Roza.
