Slide 2:The Two-Minute Commitment The first step in the Plan B process is the two-minute call. You listen for needs and then invite people to hear the appropriate two-minute call.
If you haven't heard a two-minute call, you will want to do that now. Pick one of the calls below and invest two minutes. This is the point where you make a decision to continue for the rest of the workshop or to bail out. If you're interested, go ahead to the next step, Set a Target.
