The Capture Interface in Pinnacle Select capture mode Camcorder controls Capture progress

Capturing Options :

Capturing Options DV Full Quality Uses 200mb per minute of movie! Captures high quality video MPEG Takes less space than DV full quality Slower in and back out to movie Low= VCD, Medium = SVCD, High= DVD Preview Dramatically reduces the hard drive space needed Excellent for small Hard Drives Must re-connect the Camera when rendering and movie making

Capturing Summary :

Capturing Summary If short of Hard Drive space, use Preview quality, it’s slower but has the same effect as DV full quality in the end. If you want to retain a quality file (.avi) for future editing or copying use DV Full Quality If you want to get the job done and burn to Disc use MPEG
