U niversal D esign for L earners Definition: UDL is an educational approach to teaching, learning, and assessment, drawing on new brain research and new media technologies to respond to individual learner differences. What is UDL?

( LaSale has the password) Electronic text books ( www. accessiblebookcollection .org ) Free boos that students can access on line (see Parya for more details) Digital photos ( www.pics4learning.com ) Free not copyrighted pictures that students can use for presentations On line classroom ( www.edmoto.com ) Many of us use this free site. You register and the kids log into the classroom so you don’t have to input the students. Post assignments, links to websites and have students submit assignments. Presentations www.Gloggster.com students create virtual posters on a topic. Clay animation ( www.tech4learning.com/claykit ) students can re-create what they have learned with this creative tool. There are many, many more……
