Every person is called. But not everyone is called to serve as a leader in the local church.

“Everyone is a leader?” : 

“Everyone is a leader?” “Yes!” if we follow the basic definition of Leader: “Someone who influences” “No!” if we understand the 3 categories of a Leader: Informal Leader Non-formal leader Formal leader

Romans 13:1-2 : 

Romans 13:1-2 1 Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.

Jeremiah 9:23-24 :

Hebrews 13:7 Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
